USA and Japan, such as Toshiba, Toyo, Frech, Bulher. Even though CNC machines, we also invest superior 5-axis equipments madder in Japan, such as : Mori Seiki and Mazak. We expect to achieve shorter development timing and stable mass production after used these high precision machines.

According to current equipment, we can provide a huge capacity for various industries, capacity numbers as follows for both facilities: Taiwan plant : monthly capacity for aluminum is one million pcs, and 500,000 PCS for magnesium, CNC machining also can run one million pcs. Taicang plant: monthly capacity for aluminum is 1.2 millions and 2 millions for magnesium , CNC machining also can reach 1.5 millions. In addition, our capacity is flexible ,because our partial casting machines can be changeable for both materials to increase our capacity and remove production bottle-neck. For environment protection with high enthusiasm, both plants pass 14001 certified , from raw material to package can meet RoHS regulations . Raw material used are recyclable metal materials, the surface treatment also adopted a non-chrome coating and friendly anodized. The package takes simplified design and recyclable container.
